403(b) PlanEOC's 403(b) is a retirement savings plan that allows you to defer up to 100% of your salary into a variety of investment options before taxes. All regular, seasonal and limited term employees are eligible to participate beginning the first day of each quarter following six months of employment. EOC may make a matching contribution; for 2007 EOC elects a match of up to 60% of the employee contribution to maximum 15% of salary or $15,500. Effective January 1, 2007, EOC amended its 403(b) tax deferred annuity plan. Human Resources. If you would to make changes or stop deductions, download
the following change form, print a copy, fill it out and send to Human
Resources at 1030 Southwood Drive, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Deduction
stops are effective immediately upon receipt of the form. Changes will
take effect on the first day of the following month following receipt
of the form.
